They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon

The building is more like 20 miles from where Tex lives and about 10 miles from where she works. It is about 10 miles from where I live and about 20 miles from where I work. We are both safe and sound. I drove within sight of the building on my way home...very scary. It was a man pissed off at the IRS. Set his home on fire then flew into the building (IRS offices there) because of a dispute...at least that is the latest. His home is actually only about 5 miles from mine...but still far enough away.

    We are all good.

That man had more problems than just with the IRS, obviously. I know that he will be paying for that the rest of eternity. It's too bad that he had to take anyone or anything with him.

What's wrong with people? Sheesh.....that would take the rest of our lives to explore. Start with not wanting to take responsibility.....

At the risk of being sneered at, this country needs more GOD (not necessarily religions), less politicians, and a whole lot of common sense.

especially the less politicians and the whole lot of common sense. You can't regulate common sense, so just remove all warning labels.

Amen, sister!! I'll never sneear at you for just stating the truth. I do not have any respect for organized religion, but this country certainly needs to have more God, lots of common sense (which seems to be almost extinct) and much, but much less politicians.

You know what surprises me about this? He was a musician, a bass player! Musicians are not known to be killers. I have books on killers and serial killers and out of hundreds of cases have not found one musician. I have been searching for this mans birthday and can't find it. If anyone finds it, would you mind posting it here?
