Hoomom who was blessed with Jack. RIP Sweet Cynda 6/3/10, loving Lexie 9/13/13 and Jack, 3/22/16.
He's home!! I don't get many opportunities to see a stoned dog and oh my lord its funny! He has no idea what end is up. Well, now he's curled in my lap, so we're good for a while.
I just want to know how exactly I'm supposed to give an antibiotic and pain pill with food when he's supposed to be on an all liquid diet. He might get a leeeettttlllleee bit of egg for dinner or something.
Glad he's home and things went well. Sending him some healing

Liquid diet? Mine have never had to go with that when they got their hillbilly teeth.
2 words...really well handled pill pockets :D Works no matter what kind of diet they're on!!! Glad he's home safe and sound...and stoned .

My kids have never gone on a liquid diet after extractions either, the most I've done was to give Jewels baby food when she lost 29 teeth. I think that scrambled eggies is okay, they don't chew anyway!

Be careful of the eggs. There's a massive recall on them because of Salmonella.
As I remember after Bogart has teeth extracted they said to give him liquids that night and then soft food the next day. I think I just used a bit of PB to give him pills.
I"m glad Bailey's home (even though he is stoned). Bogart was pretty funny the night after his extractions, too.
