OMG, that bed is incredible. And the model is a stunning beauty that just gets prettier and prettier.

P'nut would give you her dinner for a bed like that (and she loves her dinner

) It is so awesome. Damn Canada and it's no Target stores, I might order one to our US Address account because that bed is so amazing.

So I am the good mom, right? I go home after I got to work and the thunder started, I get out the BRAND NEW Target bed, put her Highness next to the space heater for Pete's sake and what does she do??

Peed.

Yup.
In her new bed.
Within, what, thirty minutes of being in it!
Grrr.

So I crammed the icky wet pee pee bed back in the corner and got out the sock monkey bed.

And she went straight back to the big new (wet) schmancy bed.

What a wonderful bed for a princess. If it's her bed, I guess she can do as she likes, being a princess.
I'm in Canada too, no Target. I bet you can take the regular donut type bed and make a kind of pillow case for it, made of double fleece, and put the bed into it. That would give a very nice little blanket on top to burrow in. Actually, now that I think about it, I should try that myself!!

She's beautiful in her new bed, but I especially loved that last picture in the second post. Her expression has that perfect combination of exasperation and cute that makes me want to pick her right up and put her in my lap.
