    Default Sam update

We are doing well! PJ has finally gotten used to Sam! Sam, as I told Lisa is pain free(except in my butt) He is standing on his back legs in his crate until I yell at him and he lies back down
Doc says after the first of the year we will start swimming in the tub for a minute or two a day to start bringing his legs back. He is doing great!!
thank you thank you for your prayers and love and support!!! You got me through a nightmare! i love you all!

Great news. I'm thrilled to hear Sam is doing so much better.

    More healing being sent.
They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon

Awesome news! The standing in the crate is a very good sign. Woot!

Although I haven't heard of vets recommending it lately, swimming did wonders for Bandit and Amanda. It got their back legs moving and the built up their muscles. I hope it's as effective for Sam.

Yipee! Sam's legs are working again! He can walk. That is superb! The little one is trying hard, and is indeed healing. I'm so happy.
