I just lit a candle for HRH Duchie.
She was a grand doxie who was loved by so many. Safe to say she made all of our days a little brighter. I'm so sorry you have a dachshund-sized hole in your heart right now. Sending you hugs across the miles.
Pokey has been waiting, steadfast. Soon they will be chasing squirrels together, with all the other DLC stars.

I am so very sorry Rae. My husband just walked in and saw me crying and immediately knew it was Duchie. Our condolences to you. HRH has certainly left her paw prints on all of us here at DLC. Lots of hugs and love coming your way.

Rae, I am so, so sorry. I shared this news with Paul and he also sends his condolences. We have been watching and hoping she would go peacefully and that you would feel peace yourself when it was time. I'm so very heartbroken for you right now.
