It's hard to tell from the pictures but, it looks like it could be poor nutrition...check him for mites, mange, etc and put him on a premiun food....I bet he looks better in no time

Awww! Poor Baby! His burn scar looks worse than Teenie's. Or maybe fresher.... Does he have splatter marks, too???
I just can't believe anybody would do something like that to a poor, sweet little Dachshund!
