Miller says that a dachshund nose is a miracle! When he loses me, he tracks me thru the house. It's so cute to see him running down the hallway with his nose to the ground.

You go, Pippit! Change is hard, but it can be good. You have your awesome mom and Gordie with you so it can't be bad.

Awww....you guys made me all misty.
Just doing what I can to help my little man.
And I even found a new non profit to help out: Vision for Animals. Sent them a bunch of suggestions and got a call that they will discuss my ideas at their December board meeting.

Great ideas and suggestions, Karen! I believe that Pippit will be fine; you are doing such a wonderful job, his life will be terrific. I need to keep some of those ideas in mind, since Lexie is losing her sight, too.

My Minny and Bella say not to worry about the pee pad accident. They have full sight and they do the same thing. Their front legs are on the pads, but their hind ends aren't quite on.
