    Default Georgia's acupuncture appt today

Yes, she had the needles in, the current was buzzing through the needles, and she was wagging her tail. I know. Hard to believe, but I have video proof. lol I think she's pretty amazing.
    She's on my lap...

There's 2 needles closer to her tail that aren't getting current. Yes, her tail is wagging...

Hind leg. Her head it up to the right of the frame..

Video of us at the end of the session...Click to see.

She was showing signs of pain on Tues so I brought her in to the vet to check her over and it was her back. She got metacam and went on crate rest. The next morning her back end was very weak and she had trouble standing. It goes to show that you need to be very careful with pain and getting them diagnosed and anti-inflammatory meds going as soon as possible. Had I waited until the next day to see the vet, she may have been down completely with no mobility.

Sweet Georgia Pie is too pretty to be a pincushion!!! I'm so glad it helps her and that the technology exists.

HUGE Some dogs absolutely love acupuncture. Wen was one. Alex, on the other hand, took great exception to being used as a pincushion Glad it's helping. and a few extra just in case.

Pixel hated acupuncture, but I saw tremendous results with it. Seriously amazing results. I totally recommend it.

I saw the video, your little girl is soooo cute! I heart her so much.

    Lots and lots of rayz.

Oh no, not little Miss Georgia Pie! No pain, please? No wobbly please? How's she gonna chase dem balls? She's a real trooper with all those sharp needles. I hope it works for her pain. Funny how her tail was wagging non-stop in that cute video. She's digging it. Oummmmm.

I'm cautiously optimistic. There's no change from where she was Tues, but not worse either. She's going for another treatment on Fri, but the 2 vets here in the city are both leaving for a conference and are gone the entire next week. At least she'll have 2 sessions in.
