Mika does the exact same thing after a bath when I put a towel on the floor for her. They are so funny!

Cash does the same thing. I throw towels on the floor and let him towel himself off before I let him loose in the house. Once he's loose, his favorite place is the middle of the big bed
If he can get outside, he'll go out and roll in the grass and dirt. I guess he wants his stink back.

So this sounds like a common Doxie thing!
Pretzel, who's a Doxie / Beagle mix, doesn't do anything but one quick shake after we put her down and that's good enough for her, lol.

Today, for the very first time, Miley was calm getting her bath. Usually she fights me the whole time trying to climb up me soaking wet or find an escape route out of the sink. I talked to her calmly the whole time and she stood still and looked at me for the whole bath, she was such a good girl!!! I hope out future baths are like this.
