But I'm actually considering this fellow. He is Jax's twin! I think he needs to come live at my house, or my mom's house.....as she is always trying to steal Jax anyway. Thoughts?

I agree with all the above and he sounds like the perfect dog (Rocky barked in the car with the create and still does just not as much, and honestly it's not that big of a deal to us). He's a dog that barks imagine that.
