Terrific update! I've had pretty good luck with Resolve for carpets, too, and products with oxygen cleaners for stains and odors.
Hoomom who was blessed with Jack. RIP Sweet Cynda 6/3/10, loving Lexie 9/13/13 and Jack, 3/22/16.
You are doing a great job!! Training takes time, as you know. I just re-read a great quote from Pat Miller's Do Over Dogs, "If you think you are going too slow, slow down."
The vet tech said many shelter fosters here are "potty-shy." We had to set up a semi-private area with puppy pads and boundaries, then leave the area. Voila! The next step was praising our foster in the act. Oh my!! She acted like we barged the ladies room door open! (very shy) Now, she uses her puppy pads (-if we can't go for a walk due to health issues here), and she will run over and wiggle to tell us she did a good job!
The enzyme cleaners are great. Putting their own pee on the pad works wonders for most. (-Although I had a good older girl who acted aghast, because I "framed" her!)
Glad to hear you are making such great progress!!![]()
