Default Need rayz for Cassie if possible

Not sure what's wrong with her. She is just uncomfortable for the last few days. Wanting to sleep rather than run around or play, not enthusiastic about food, and having periods of shaking where she is obviously in pain.

With her history, GI problems or disc problems are equally likely. I don't think it's a respiratory infection (although she has chronic issues here, it's been less than usual).

She's already been to the vet Saturday, and they weren't sure either. DH will probably take her back this afternoon.

Can't start prednisone empirically since that seemed to trigger the pancreatitis last year when we gave her a trial for her respiratory issues.

    Rayz greatly appreciated.

Lots and lots of rayz for your spotted beauty. Can she do NSAID's (ie., Metacam)? We had equally good results vs. steroids when Pixel went down the second time. It took a little longer to work...maybe 3 or 4 more days, but over 8 weeks, it wasn't dramatic. And he had to pee a lot less, which means we didn't have to move him as much.

Hope she gets sorted out. A dachshund not eating is always worth a vet visit.
