Default News: Spinal implant fixes IVDD in rats

Wow, scientists have invented prosthetic spinal nerves. It's a replacement dura, or spinal cord. And it fixed paralysis in rats. Excellent! Imagine what this means for humans and dachshunds in the next decade, or so. Impressive!

I hope they start Doxie testing of this soon. It really can be the breakthrough our little ones need. Hopefully, it can be affordable for the masses.

They original version was not viable, because it caused damage so it could not be used long term. Apparently they have figured out a new way, which can be used longer and are going to do clinical trials on humans soon.

I imagine this could be used on Dachshunds eventually.
