I remember when I went to see Rusty at the Neurology center after his surgery. He had no movement, no feeling, couldn't potty on own (had to have a catheter) wouldn't eat the 7 days that he was there (we went 4 days and he would eat a spoonful for me) Because he had no feeling after the surgery they said he had less then a 10% chance of walking again, They said if the surgery worked, they would have had something (feeling, movement) by now. The very first time he peed on his own at home and the first time he wagged his tail, I was jumping up and down like I had won the lottery!!! I cried tears of joy. It took a few weeks for each thing to happen. 3 weeks later he had movement in his legs. Now he runs like the wind. ha ha 10% chance, take that! ;-)

    It takes time.

Cash and Darby both have some tightness in the backs. Chiro and some massage have helped them a lot.
