Saw this on Pinterest and thought I would share it. Looks yummy ;-) I might try making it for the boys. They eat kibble (Wellness) but I know they would enjoy this!

Before you start on that route, you might want to check out Dr Pitcairn's book on dog food. There's another book out now with dog food recipes that is supposed to be good but I can't remember the name. Pitcairn recommends some additives like bone meal and something else that you might want to add in. I know it looks all pretty and Pinterest is really popular right now, but I'm not sure I want to depend on some person out there that you know nothing about for the health of my dogs. There is somewhat more to dog nutrition that veggies and meat and making it look nice.
I'm not switching to cooking for my dogs, I hardly cook for myself LOL! just thought of making it as a nice treat one weekend (not such a big batch). Thought it looked good. Thanks for the info though![]()
