Rusty has no disability, at least he doesn't think so!
I was happy about one thing, that he can't jump so he cant get in the cat tower to bark when the window is open. Right?

I hear ya! I go through the same thing with Juney! If I had the same pain, I wouldn't be able to do the same things dogs do when they are in pain!
