They should have thrown the book at him. And, if they suspect PTSD, sent him for treatment too. If he could do this to that poor little dog (I'm in tears just imagining how frightened and in pain he must have been),he would have been a deadly threat to his ex. Which is probably why she was his ex. HATE this.

Can never get used to these acts of violence. That poor baby. Stiffer penalties needed.
