Ferk's hanging in there...pretty perky for a dying dog! 
Both Laura and Claudia Hehr say that she doesn't want to talk about her health, but knows that she's ebbing. So I've decided to respect that and enjoy every single second that we have left together. Not that we're in denial, just that we're not dwelling. I suspect that she's just going to crash one day in the not so distant future, and that'll be that. I hope that's how it happens!!! But for now, she's good. Coughing a lot, and peeing as her kidneys deteriorate, but I know we've done absolutely everything possible that can be done, so am at peace with it.
As for the mystery bump, still a mystery, and still there. Laura is stumped, but thinks it might be the result of a whack she might have given herself on the nose while she was crated, and maybe is a calcifed hematoma. It's awfully hard. But it doesn't seem to bother her at all, just looks wierd, so we continue to monitor and hope it goes away. Or at least continues not to bother her.Paula & Buster

Well you stay in my thoughts and prayers daily. Wish I had someone who could talk to Milo and convince him that I am not going to abandon him. Then maybe his anxiety will wane.

for Ferk. Im sorry I am late to responding. I have more time at work to read and write LOL! but havent been able to get on at work. One day the website is blocked and then theres today where it isnt. This is the first time its allowed me on in over a week. Its easier to connect on a PC than my phone.
