    Darby is doing better. He's getting back to his normal "Darbiness" and carrying a ball around all the time, barking with the ball in his mouth

    The problem now is that he's convinced that he's fine and there is no need for this slowing down and not doing stuff. He's doing well at using the ramps and not jumping on and off the bed. He does, however, want to run up the stairs and I have to be really watchful he doesn't do something he shouldn't. Thank doG he's good about sleeping and just gets in the bed and goes to sleep. He's never gotten up during the night which makes it easy. At least that way, I can get some sleep.

    Can you gate off the stairs? I use Evenflo Easy Walk-Thru Gates. This way I can have the gate there and not have to step over a gate.

    I could gate off the stairs, but he's good about not going upstairs without me and once we are upstairs I gate him in the room with me so I don't have to worry about him going down without me either
