    Default IzzyBean's new accessory

Is a yellow cast with Fall leaves on it!!
She did great today. Was very sweet and won over the receptionist.

I have to keep her quiet and calm(hello? We are talking about Izzy-not quiet or calm) and her bandage dry and clean.

Right now, she's comfy next to me and doesn't want to leave my side. Poor girl's been through a lot the past few days.

Oh, Paula. That should be interesting. We are hoping for 5 weeks. I'm getting worried about how the heck I can keep her from running around the house. She is I the crate all day and night. But she runs everywhere.

I'm going to try to get a video of her walking in it. It's adorable.

Cut back a bit on the pain meds Sounds mean, but it does work! Sadly, dogs need to be in a bit of discomfort to slow down. Good things she casted!!!!

There's a lot of truth in that, Paula. When Darby's back was hurting, it was really easy to keep him quiet. Now that he's feeling better its more than a bit of a challenge to keep him from running everywhere.

I think she has a high threshold for pain. But so far so good. I think she's still getting used to her leg. And she has a new nickname: Thumper.
