don't think a pie would have the blue eye like that...looks like a double dapple and a very lucky one to be healthy and beautiful!!!!!
It's the merle gene...double merles in many breeds have all the same problems but they can turn out just fine also. responsible breeders don't breed merle to merle (dapple to dapple) but I see them all the time in agility (aussies, shelties mainly)
so don't worry. any issues she was going to have would already be apparent.
She's soooo pretty!!!!!! congratulations on your new family member!!!
