I decided to buy a FitBit to see if it would help me be more active. I got it yesterday and set up my account, synced it with my computer and started using it. Thanks to the dog walks I logged some 9,219 steps from 3:00 on! The weekdays, I"m sure, will not be that good. The funny thing is that it has a sleep tracker and I was experimenting with it last evening. Evidently, you can't turn it on and off because this morning it was telling my I slept 2 hr and 37 minutes last night and it was between 8:57 (at which time I was still watching tv) and 12:36 which was about when I turned the lights out. I'm going to try again tonight to see if I can get a real reading
