I'm sure I've seen a picture, but it's been awhile. When you are ready, I hope you'll share some of him.

Suzanne, I never knew a human could love a dog so much until I met the Duchess. Although her crossing was much different than Jack's, in that I had to make the Very. Hard. Decision, I think the pain dulls after a while.
The human psyche just isn't designed for acute grief for an extended period of time.
Now when I remember her, it's happy times, her being silly, and all that love between us. I wish you peace, and for an easing of the pain in your broken heart.
Her Royal Highness, the Duchess of Wagoner 1993-2012.

Suzanne,my heart hurts for you. I am sooo sorry for your loss. Swift journey sweet boy. Many old friends are waiting at the bridge. You are loved.
Thank you for that wonderful tribute about Jack. I read it three times and will copy it. He was great, so devoted to you. Don't be surprised if he comes to visit you. Not once but many times. Keep a watch and let us know. They often gently bump our leg. That's what our Heidi does to my husband and myself. She passed two years ago. You see they never really leave us.
I will be watching, and aware. I know he's stiill with me. (His tail never stopped wagging, no matter what.)
