Default But mommy, I'm not sleepy!

Savannah Jane is naughty, but certainly not bad. She still refuses to sleep in. Like I was off yesterday and today and up at 5 frickin 30 both days.

We're definitely going to start walking again because a tired pupper is a good pupper, but DANG. I was so looking forward to a lazy morning. (Le sigh)

Oh, SJ. You gotta let Mommy sleep!

Back in the day when we had Bandit, she was like that. She thought we should all get up at 6:00 am every day. Saturdays and Sundays were no reason for sleeping in her little brain. We'd get so mad at her because she'd start jumping around on the bed at 6:10 if you weren't up. After we got after her and dumped her off the bed enough times she finally stopped jumping around, but then she would lay and watch you (from about a foot away) and if you so much as fluttered your eyelashes she was like "They're up!" and she was off. I was so glad when she finally stopped that.

Nope, no sleeping in in this house either! I've started just getting up, feeding them, having b'fast, then going back to bed and sleeping for another hour or so before I have to get up for work or to go to the barn. I should just stay up and do some exercising, but sleep debt is a hard task master .

Welcome to my sleep deprived little world. I slept in until 6:30 this morning. It was glorious. Pogo was not impressed.

Nero has finally gotten the idea that sleep is a good thing but the dang kitties are still clueless.
