    Default Latest Chiro

I've had Darby and Cash on 6 week chiro appts for the last couple years. I've also added Scooter to it now, too. Dr Cooper came yesterday and did everyone's backs and it made a huge difference with Cash.

He'd started barking for me to take him up and downstairs. I thought that it was probably just his age and so I've been carrying him. Last night I went upstairs and the DH was there with the dogs. I asked him if he had carried Cash up and he said "No, he came up on his own" I was amazed that he could do it! Of course, by the time I went downstairs, I guess he'd decided that once trip up or down was enough and barked to be carried downstairs

I was just happy that he felt well enough to go upstairs once on his own. He was pretty tender in one spot when she adjusted him.

Yup, I'm a believer too!! I must admit tht this is one of the reasons I'm leaving Laura...it's almost impossible to get an appt for chiro or acupuncture or anything really. And when yu can't get in to see your own vet, well, that's not a good feeling. SO glad Cash is feeling better!

That is awesome that it is helping him so much.

Paula, did you and Laura talk about it or has she even realized you haven't been in for a while?

She did ask me how they were all doing the last time I saw her, and I just replied "Fine." She knows that Heidi had the pancreatitis but because she's not open on the weekend thinks I got her sorted at emerg. It'll have to be discussed one of these days, but I'm just avoiding it for now. having said that, when the time comes for the girls to cross, I still would like it to be her that helps them over, if needed. Life is really not great right now, and having "the talk" with her is just one thing I can't add to the list right now.

    The most important part.

We are not at all pleased with Blue Pearl, where Angel's going for chemo, or the oncologist she got "switched" to. They are giving the best treatment, though, and the techs are very sweet to Angel. K was really upset about them one day and said, "Is that where you want to take her to die??!" and I said, "She won't go there. We'll take her to our regular vet."
