Sabrina was our first dachsie. She represented everything that the breed is about. She was fearless and loved to play with her toys. She didnít know her size. Unfortunately she didnít like Sofie and after 2 years of trying, we made a decision to regime her. Maria and Bill gave her an incredible home where she was loved and spoiled. And we got to visit and see her.
Last time I saw her a couple of months ago, she was greyer and slower. But she still had a bounce in her step when food would come out. Her liver number have been elevated for some time.
Today Maria had to help her cross over the bridge because Sabrina stopped eating and drinking and was very weak. She almost made it to her 17th birthday. RIP
