The girls have a new cousin!!
Some of you might remember that our little cocker spaniel Amber went to the Rainbow Bridge in May. My mom has been working with an AWESOME breeder in Missouri and was planning to wait on an upcoming litter, but this little 5-month-old was available because the people who were supposed to take him moved and changed their minds. He was going to be a show dog, but the breeder thinks he would prefer to sit on laps and be adored. :heartbt: Mom is thinking about doing Agility with him in between lap time :D .
This is Adam!
Mom is here in FL right now visiting us (and her granddachshunds), so he will come home in a couple weeks. Welcome, sweetie!

They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon
