    Cool Snickers the great hunter!

Well, Snickers did it, it was only a matter of time, but she did it, how we don't know...Snickers Killed da Wabbit :holyshp: ! She chased it, cought it and killed it...and then tried to....have a snack  . The hubby got the job of getting it away from her (she growled at him like she meant business  ), but he got it away. I must say, this is the first time I'm glad he didn't take her picture

    Ewww, and great job!!

I don't know if I could handle it, but I know both mine would have no hesitation going after something soft and fluffy either.

    Poor rabbit.
They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon

Poor bunny. At least the DH was there to get it away from her. Mine always get something when he isn't here and I have to do the removal/disposal. Eeeewwwww!

Ohhh a bunny.. I don't even want to think about what my herd would do if a bunny got in the yard. But hey - Snickers needed to protect you from that evil creature!

If these guys/gals were used to hunt Badgers, a rabbit must be piece of cake. I wouldnt want to walk into that mess either.

    Default Wow, Snickers!!

I wouldn't handle that very well. I found a dead lizard behind a chair (I thought it was a - um - dog dropping, so I tried to pick it up with a paper towel and realized it was slimy). Then I freaked out and couldn't make my hand go back and pick it up . My DH had to do it and wasn't real pleased, since he was trying to eat his dinner at the time.

It would not be fun to be killed by my girls - they toy with their prey (which is mostly bugs). Pick it up, put it down, mouth it a little. :faint:

I am not sure whether to congratulate Snickers or sympathize with you  . :D
