starting Sunday, October 1st. We/he has FINALLY been released from his crate rest prison just in time to start his first obedience class. Wish us luck since he can be very stubborn. Will keep you all posted as to how he does.

I wish you and Teddy the best! I'll look forward to updates on his progress. :goodluck:
They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon

Here are rays for the little guy that he will do great. I still wouldn't let him over do it and make sure you use a harness.

:goodluck: Scooter is in obedience classes right now. He's doing pretty well and I"m having a great time. I love obedience school.
Not a problem there....that's all he wears now; I found out the hard way that his neck is bigger than his head and he slips right out of his collar. His new Hug-A-Dog harnes came in earlier this week and now that he's off his crate rest I can change him into it. I'll have to post pics when I get the chance to take some .Originally Posted by LUVMYGUNNER

I'd love to see him in his new harness. I would make him take it easy a few more weeks. Start him on Ester-C and glucosamine/chontroitine. It will help his back a lot.
